We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We do not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Return inquiries must be submitted via the return portal, here.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT?
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks. If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (postmarked after the 10th day of delivery) of being delivered, it will not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you.
ARE SALE ITEMS ELIGIBLE?
Please note that all clearance + previously marked down items are FINAL sale. All items sold during Golden Hour Weekend + any site-wide sale are not eligible to return or exchange, due to the quick selling nature and deep discount.
DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. We ONLY offer store credit which never expires and can be used toward anything on our website!!
DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES?
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. What we do offer is store credit. Once you receive your store credit code you are welcome to use it toward the same item in a different size, if it's available. If not, this store credit can be used towards anything else on our site and never expires.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All jewelry, bodysuits, accessories and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT SENDING BACK AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT?
- You MUST use our return portal
- We will not accept any returns that don't meet the above mentioned criteria.
- You can use our pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from your store credit.
- Or you can use your own label to send it back. You'll get an email with our return address.
KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER:
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Haze of Gold is NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. PLEASE double check your information before checking out entirely. We cannot make changes after an item has shipped or is in transit.
